Honda Activa DLX is the next generation Activa with improved engine and design. I was having the Honda Activa when I was 15 years old and now I (20 years) am having Suzuki Access 125. I too learnt driving two wheeler gear-less scooter on Activa and then asked my parents to get me one. After sometime, they bought me Honda Activa on Diwali Festival which was the best two wheeler gearless scooter at that time. Though, it is presently one of the best two wheeler scooter till date. There is a long waiting period but waiting for Honda Activa DLX is totally worth.

Honda Activa DLX Review
The Honda Activa DLX is having a sleek design and looks very impressive among other two-wheeler. This scooter suits each and every person whether you are a male or a female. It’s edgy lines are its identification and is sculpted well in overall design. The front view is simple and sober. The tail light are rectangular in shape which is quite appealing to eyes. Overall body is made up of metal and it shines the most among other two-wheeler. Honda always believes in providing quality, comfort and customer satisfaction. So they again came up with simple and sleek design with Activa DLX.
The Honda Activa DLX is 109cc, 4 Stroke, Air-cooled engine having 8 BHP of power at 7500 rpm and 8.82 Nm of torque at 5500 rpm. Engine is much smoother than its previous version. The voice get louder with the increase in speed which sounds great. The performance is decent and one should not expect anything extra. Also, you can take this scooter at 85 kmph on a highway. Every time I see the mileage of these scooters, I am amazed. But who knows the reality? In reality, it is only providing mileage of near about 40 km per litre.
Driving Talk –
The all new Honda Activa DLX has a very comfortable seat. It is not so small like its TVS Scooty Pep Plus, Hero Honda Pleasure and other two-wheeler vehicles. The Honda Activa DLX has a perfect balance in driving and is not too light weight like Hero Honda Pleasure and TVS Scooty Pep Plus. It’s very easy to drive in crowded areas. Combined Braking System is working perfectly. One thing it lacks from its previous version is that overall ride quality. The handling is not so good because of lack of front telescopic suspension. But the Honda Activa DLX is extremely good in stability when driving above 60 kmph.

Verdict – This is the country’s largest selling gear-less scooter ever which is most reliable. Design is good and it’s a worth buy scooter. Well, it does not have the new technology but it does have quality and comfort which always matters. The most favorable thing in Activa is its manufacturer name that is HONDA. The driving pleasure is not up to the mark because of poor suspension but it does have improved mileage. From my side, you should go for Honda Activa DLX despite long waiting period. You can also go for Suzuki Access 125 if you are looking for its alternate.
